I’ve been doing this work for 4 years. After 4 years of coaching women on how to reduce inflammation and lose weight using any dietary theory they choose, I have found ONE method of eating that works 100% of the time: getting your body into a state of ketosis.
The “Keto” diet is all the rage right now but there is a LOT of misinformation out there about it.
- You do NOT need to eat high-fat to get your body into a state of ketosis. I personally have severe reflux and cannot eat a high fat diet. Yet, I still have my body in a state of easy ketosis and I do not feel deprived in any way. Cathy, however, eats a very high fat diet (that lucky dog) and she and her husband have been able to lose nearly 200 pounds collectively and have kept it off since 2015.
- You CAN be vegetarian or vegan while getting your body into a state of ketosis but it IS MUCH harder and will feel much more restrictive. If you are wanting to be vegetarian or keto for the sake of weight loss, I recommend you let that go and simply follow that plan that we give you.
- You do NOT have to eat tons of animal products, nor do you have to eat dairy to lose weight or get into a state of ketosis.
- The meal plan we will be giving you is dairy-free, sugar-free, and grain-free. The meal plan we recommend is designed to reduce inflammation and body weight rapidly but safely while keeping you full and enjoying food through the holidays.
- We WILL be providing REALLY DELICIOUS holiday recipes like my addictively delicious pumpkin bread, Cathy’s amazing keto english muffins, delicious holiday recipes and grain-free, dairy-free, and sugar-free breads, treats, and meals.
- Always talk with your doctor before starting any kind of health program, exercise program, or nutritional program. Do NOT stop taking medications without speaking to your doctor first, and be smart… take responsibility for your health and well being. Don’t make drastic changes without talking to your health care provider. Be smart. Your well being is YOUR responsibility.

So if you need meal plan alternative ideas for your specific dietary needs, have a question or challenge with the curriculum, or anything at all, enter it on your weekly checkin form and we will support you on the next day’s call.
- Coaching calls ARE recorded if you miss them. Make sure to listen to each week’s recording if you can’t make the live call in order to get the most out of your experience.
So whether you can make it live or not, you will still be supported! Plus we will be supporting you Monday-Friday in the Facebook group. But if you have specific questions you need answered, make sure to include them on your weekly Sunday checkin form.
I’ll be including a copy of my Confidence On Camera: Posing 101 program so that if you have a photoshoot coming up or just want to feel gorgeous at any weight, shape, or age when you are taking pictures with friends, this resource will help you do just that!
