Studies show it takes an average of 66 days to make a single habit automatic.
The range of time it took participants in the study to successfully practice a SINGLE simple habit – like remembering to drink a glass of water when you wake up – until it was automatic ranged from 18 days to 254 days.

- Are you 100% done with trying to “go it alone” doing DIY books and programs and failing to get yourself to cook, move/rest, sleep, meditate, or make time for yourself regularly?
- Do you see value in having daily group online video meet-ups with your coach and peers?
- Do you see the value in having participation requirements for the program to keep yourself committed in service to yourself and your peers?
- Have you tried hiring nutritionists, coaches, and other programs separately but couldn’t make them work together for you?
- Do you have the resources to spend $7,000* on a year long (12 month) transformation program? (Tuition savings + payment plans are available.)
- Are you available for most of our daily hangouts at the following times?
1 – Must be available for Morning Meditation.
