L.M. Felici was looking for nutritionist Austin, Texas. We met at a gym I worked at here locally. She was a regular exerciser who I saw at the gym nearly every day. We hit it off right away.

Felici joined The 4 Habits Coaching because she she wasn’t satisfied with her body or her eating habits. With the combination of those… she was overall just unsatisfied.

When we started working together, she was already extremely consistent going the gym.

She mostly ate pre-cooked or packaged foods. Stuff she thought was pretty healthy from WholeFoods or fast food places.

Even though she kept it pretty healthy, she STILL couldn’t quite reach the health and fitness goals she wanted.
