In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together by hand. Mash them together until they are thoroughly mixed.
Form palm-sized patties out of the burger meat. Literally, make patties the size of YOUR palm... that's the ideal protein portion for your body right now.
Heat grill to 450 degrees
Place the patties on the grill. Walk away from the grill. (DO NOT TOUCH OR FLATTEN THE MEAT ON THE GRILL!!! Place them on the grill, then LEAVE THEM ALONE, untouched, for 10 minutes. Flattening or touching the meat WILL negatively effect the juiciness, tenderness, and flavor.)
Wait 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, look for the rims of the burgers, coming up from the bottom, to be crispy. If they are crispy, flip the burgers. (Remember: don't flatten onto the grill.)
Wait 10 more minutes.
Check the internal temperature. If they are at 165 degrees internally, take them off the grill, eat one while they're hot, store the rest for meals the rest of the week.
Pro-tips: Split the burgers into two Tupperware containers. Put one in the freezer to be eaten in the second half of the week and one in the fridge to eat over the next few days.
