  1. Pre-heat the over to 375 degrees.
  2. Grease your pan with Kerrygold butter or coconut oil.
  3. After the pan is greased, spread the greens along the bottom of the pan evenly. Add any other ingredients you desire at this phase.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and pesto together.
  5. Pour the eggs evenly over the greens (and toppings) in the pan.
  6. Put the pan in the over and bake for 45 minutes or until eggs are cooked through.
