“I am having trouble figuring out what foods make want to overeat.
I think that I start overeating because I have snacks in my apartment. So when I get bored, I start looking for things to eat. Or when I am up late working, I usually start snacking.
But I feel like I eat relatively well as far as meals go and I work out a ton during the week. However, sometimes I feel like people wouldn’t be able to tell that I workout a ton.
My question is: where do I start in order to clean up my diet?”
